OpenCollective allows you to support various projects, typically software projects. They have a “Back Your Stack” feature which scans your GitHub repository for dependencies, and lets you start donating to each one.

on WeWrite App we have a Pledge share concept which lets a page forward some or all of its inbound Pledges to other pages on a percentage basis. Thus, your repository could be set up to forward whatever donations you receive to all of its dependencies.

This is actually cooler than OpenCollective AND GitHub, because it combines GitHub “Sponsor repo” functionality (inbound funds) and OpenCollective’s “Back Your Stack” functionality (outbound funds) into ONE THING.
