themes can be populated by adding the theme code to the Backlinkss of some page perhaps called Community themes and if the code compiles it can be made available in the theme picker list.

For the theme code to be a normal page will allow theme creators to monetize their themes via Pledge bar

this raises an interesting question of whether or not WeWrite could replace GitHub for sharing code (we won’t try to duplicate all of their features but it could definitely be cool for monetizing little snippets of code)
