Substack is a paid newsletter site. It’s similar to WeWrite App in that it’s monetized.

Substack isn’t an interconnected wiki. WeWrite is. See Graph view.

Also, Substack’s model is that you subscribe to an author. That’d be like donating to a User. One WeWrite, you can donate to a user, but you can also donate to an individual Page which creates more granularity into what people actually want to pay for.

Substack has vanity metrics (”likes”) but WeWrite wants to have No vanity metrics, where everything is just meat and potatoes.
